The Venus Star Point in Gemini - A New Home

For those of you interested in Horary astrology, I drew a chart for the question “Will I get the house?” after attending an open inspection on a rental property that I particularly liked.
Please note that in Horary I use traditional planetary rulerships, although I use modern rulerships for esoteric astrology.
As you may have read from a previous post, my landlord decided to sell the home I’d been living in for 17 years, and it felt like a real blow. But once I had resigned myself to a move, I began to visualise exactly what I wanted and where I wanted to be, and a bit over a week ago, I found the house I wanted. I felt positive lodging the application but decided to draw a Horary chart to see what the planets had to say.
As the Querent, I am represented by Venus (ruler of the Ascendant). Venus is in Gemini (ruler of Mercury), and is applying to a conjunction of the Sun - the Venus Star Point. The Sun is the significator of the Agent and the 11th house Leo cusp. I liked the conjunction of Venus and the Sun, because it signified that we (the Agent and I) were in unity. We’re both in the 8th house of “other people’s money/property”.
The landlord is signified by Mars on the Descendant, in dignity. I interpreted this as the landlord being forthright and wanting to move quickly. In charts about property transactions, the Moon also represents the landlord, and the Moon is also in Aries and ruled by Mars. Interestingly, the Horary Moon is exact my natal Moon (0’50 Aries), which I saw to be a positive sign. The Moon has a 15 degree orb in Horary astrology and is applying towards the Venus/Sun conjunction, while Venus and the Sun apply towards the cusp of the 7th house (the Landlord). Mars forms a close applying trine to my second house of finances (rent).
The house is signified by the 4th cusp at 12 Capricorn, ruled by Saturn at 18 Pisces. Interestingly my Progressed Sun is 12’25 Capricorn, exact the 4th house cusp. Pisces is ruled by Jupiter and Jupiter is in Gemini in the same sign as my significator and the significator for the Agent. Saturn in Pisces is conjunct my natal Ceres, ruler of nurturing. I see the Saturn in Pisces conjunct my natal Ceres as representative that the house will provide me with greater stability and nourishment in some way. Ceres also rules motherhood, and the house brings me much closer in proximity to my daughters and grandchildren.
Other things I liked were that my significator, Venus, had the highest score of 9+ and the landlord had the second highest of 8+, so we are both in a strong position. Not only that but Saturn (the house) and Venus (me) are in mutual reception by triplicity, and Mars (landlord) and Venus (me) are in mutual reception by face.
Mercury, ruler of moves, transactions, commerce and contracts is in Taurus and in mutual reception to Venus, applying to a conjunction of Jupiter, and applying towards Venus and the Sun.
The agreement/contract is headed my way!
And that is exactly what happened…
Two days after submitting my application I was offered the lease. I signed it the same day and started moving house three days later. Within one week of the open, I spent my first night in my new home.
A final note is the Mercury/Uranus conjunction, which caused the shift to happen very suddenly and rapidly - so quickly my head was spinning!
Happy Venus Star Point in Gemini, which was conjunct my natal North Node and MC!
