Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Your Cosmic Guidance Session is a dedicated 90-minute appointment, with time set aside especially for you. I understand that plans can change, so I've designed my cancellation and rescheduling policy to offer flexibility while respecting the time reserved for your consultation. **Cancellations** **48 hours or more before your appointment:** You may cancel your booking and receive a full refund. **Less than 48 hours' notice:** Please contact me directly. Refunds may be reduced to reflect reasonable costs or losses associated with the cancellation. **Rescheduling** **24 hours or more before your appointment:** You may reschedule online at no additional charge. **Less than 24 hours' notice:** One complimentary reschedule is available by contacting me directly, subject to availability. Further late rescheduling requests may incur reasonable charges. **Missed Appointments** If you miss your appointment without notice, please contact me. Rescheduling may be offered at my discretion, and reasonable cancellation charges may apply. **Cancellation by Cosmic Carol** If I need to cancel your appointment, you'll be offered an alternative appointment or a full refund. I understand that unexpected circumstances arise and will always do my best to accommodate genuine emergencies. This policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
